1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Resumify ("Service") at resumify.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service.
2. Description of service
Resumify is an AI-powered resume generation tool. You provide personal and professional information; our system uses artificial intelligence to produce a resume document for download. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
3. Payments
A one-time fee of $2.99 USD is charged per resume download. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Refund policy
Resumify offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your generated resume for any reason, email support@resumify.cloud within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated refund requests from the same user). If you experience a technical issue that prevents download after payment, contact us at the same email for a resolution.
5. User content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. You represent that all information is truthful and relates to your own professional history. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Resumify a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your resume.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to generate fraudulent resumes, misrepresent credentials, infringe third-party rights, or violate any applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Resumify does not guarantee employment outcomes. AI-generated resumes are provided for informational and practical assistance purposes only. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that generated content will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation before initiating any legal action.
