We built Resumify because we believe a great resume should not require hours of work, expensive career coaches, or subscription fees. Everyone deserves a fair shot at landing the job they want — and that starts with a resume that gets noticed.
Our mission
To democratize professional resume writing by combining AI with great design — so anyone, anywhere, can create a job-winning resume in minutes for less than a cup of coffee.
How we work
Resumify is powered by Claude AI, one of the most capable large language models available. When you fill in your details, our AI analyzes your experience, matches keywords to your target role, and writes a resume that is both human-readable and optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
We do not store your personal information on our servers. Your data lives in your browser during your session and is deleted the moment you download your PDF. If you upload a photo for markets where a CV photo is the norm, it is processed entirely on your device — embedded directly into your PDF without ever touching our servers or the AI. Resumify articles are produced by our team using AI to accelerate research and drafting, with every piece reviewed and edited by a human before publishing.

We charge a small one-time fee to cover AI and infrastructure costs — and nothing more. No subscriptions, no upsells, no data harvesting. We want to stay lean and keep our focus entirely on building the best resume tool possible.
